Messaging

Messages matter, and they are not all created equally. Using the latest techniques in message testing, opinion research, and media analysis, we help our clients develop action-oriented messages that persuade with both fact and emotion.

Training for Health Equity Network

The Organization

The Training for Health Equity Network (THEnet) is a growing global movement that helps medical personnel in low-income countries better serve the needs of their local population.

The Work

DG+CO created new messages and communications strategies to promote the network’s innovative work in solving local health problems. We also provided a day-long spokesperson training session to enable leaders to disseminate the new messages.

National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representative

The Organization

The National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representative (NOSSCR) is a pioneer in legal education for Social Security and SSI claimants’ representatives.

The Work

DG+CO conducted deep research to learn how different audiences view Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), and what messages were most likely to shore up their support for the program. Through an intensive, months-long process, results emerged that paint the way forward with messaging conducted research into public views about Social Security.

Nord Anglia Education

The Organization

Nord Anglia Education operates a global network of international schools that place an emphasis on individualized learning and exceptional educational and personal achievement.

The Work

DG+CO worked with Nord Anglia’s schools in New York, Boston, Washington D.C., and Houston to shed light on what motivates parents when considering educational options for their children. After conducting extensive focus groups, we helped the organization lay out a value-proposition with compelling messages and identity materials rooted in strong strategy and research.
